Almond Party Labs ("we", "us", or "our") built Poisoned Pawn Chess as a free app supported by advertising. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in (Apple, Google, or email), we collect your name and email address to create your player profile.
- Gameplay data: Game history, ELO rating, puzzle progress, and coin balance are stored in your account.
- Device & advertising identifiers: With your permission, we collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) to show relevant ads via Google AdMob. You can opt out through the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown at first launch.
- Crash and diagnostics: We collect anonymous crash reports to improve app stability.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and sync your game progress across devices
- To display personalized or non-personalized ads (based on your ATT choice)
- To improve the app based on crash and usage data
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data.
Children's Privacy
Poisoned Pawn Chess is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
